company. FURNITURETORONTO.COM is a local furniture dealer in Toronto. FURNITURETORONTO.COM has a 9,000
square feet showroom in Toronto, and serves the Greater Toronto Area
locally as well as on the Internet.
3. Do I need a credit card in order to purchase on your website? >>
No, Credit card is not necessary.As a matter of fact, we currently
do not accept online payments because many customers do not like to
provide their credit card numbers online for security reasons. Instead,
we provide pay-in-store and C.O.D.(Cash On Delivery) to collect the
balance. Meanwhile, we are contacting some online payment processing
companies to introduce their new technology on secured transactions
to us, and we will provide online payments soon.
4. I submitted my order 3 days ago. Why is there still no response? >>
It all depends. Usually, that is because we called you back, but
nobody answered the phone; or you provided incorrect information
such as the telephone number, address or postal code; or our server
was experiencing technical problems while you were placing the order.
In these cases, you'd better call us to confirm the order, and we

5. Do you delivery outside the Greater Toronto Area? >>
We don not provide delivery service out of the Greater Toronto
Area (GTA)at present. However, we are able to arrange shipping or
speical delivery in some cases. Please contact the Customer
Service if you request special services.
Currently, we can ship to all over North America (Canada &
United States) by truck. We will charge shipping cost to the customers
who live outside the GTA. Customers outside the GTA can also order
with us, and pick up in our store.
